At Lena you pull up a chair and feel at home. To keep it that way for everyone, we have a few house rules. By coming in, you agree to them.
We are in this together: guests, neighbours and our team. Treat others the way you would like to be treated.
We love to pour, and we do so within Dutch law.
We may refuse you entry or ask you to leave if you:
In that case, we are not obliged to refund anything you have already paid.
Using, carrying or dealing drugs or other illegal substances is not allowed, inside or around the restaurant. We act immediately and involve the police if necessary.
Lena is completely smoke-free inside. Smoking is only allowed on one side of our terrace.
Your dog is welcome, as long as it is on a lead and behaves calmly. Dogs stay on the floor, not on chairs or benches. Any damage caused by your dog is your responsibility.
For everyone’s safety:
For the safety of guests and staff, there are cameras inside the restaurant. We only review the footage after an incident and keep it for up to four weeks. If a crime is involved, we may share it with the police. Our privacy policy has the details.
On busy nights and at events, security staff may be present. Follow their instructions, just as you would those of our team.
Please keep an eye on your belongings: we are not liable for loss, damage or theft.
We may recover the cost of any damage you cause to the restaurant, its interior or other people’s property.
We sometimes take photos or videos at Lena for our website and social media. By coming in, you agree that these may be used. Rather not be in the picture? Let one of us know and we will take it into account.
Extra conditions may apply to reservations, such as:
We always tell you these in advance, when you book.
Where these house rules do not cover something, the management decides. Thank you for your understanding, and enjoy your time at Lena.
